PE Control Systems Exam Prep Course Structure
To help our students feel confidently prepared for their exams, we have multiple instructors for our PE Control Systems exam review course. Each instructor is assigned to teach a topic that they specialize in to ensure that you are receiving the best instruction for each topic.
This course is broken into two sections: refresher classes and workshop sessions. Refresher classes consist of course lectures, and workshop sessions feature interactive problem-solving practice.

PE Control Systems Course Formats

Live Online - Our Live Online format provides instructor-led online sessions. This format offers live interaction with instructors and a structured study schedule. It’s just like being in a classroom except it is online. The PE Control Systems exam is only offered in October of each year. To prepare students for the October exam, our PE Control Systems Live Online classes are offered on weekday evenings during our fall session. Select the Live Online Schedule tab from the side menu to find out when our next class session will begin.
If you find out that our Live Online session has already begun and you can’t wait for our next set of classes, you can choose our Ondemand option, which allows you to start preparing immediately.
- Ondemand - Our Ondemand format provides students with immediate access to course video recordings, refresher notes, and workshop problems so you can begin studying right away. About the PE Control Systems Exam
The PE Control Systems exam is an 8-hour PE exam consisting of 80 multiple-choice questions. The PE Control Systems exam is offered once a year in October. Please see the exam schedule to see when the next exam will be held.
The national pass rate, according to NCEES, was 73% for the PE Control Systems exam between January and June 2018. School of PE’s PE Control Systems students had a much higher pass rate than the national average.
