Mr. Galli, P.E.
Dr. Brian J. Galli works as an Assistant Professor of Project Management and Management Engineering at Long Island University – Post. He holds a PhD in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University. He also holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Binghamton University (SUNY Binghamton), as well as MS in Engineering Management from Missouri University of Science & Technology. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in New York state and holds a certification as a Lean Bronze, Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt, Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional in Engineering Management (PEM), and an Improvement Advisor (IHI). Mr. Galli's work has been published in a variety of publications, and it has been presented at several venues and professional organizations including Institute of Industrial & Systems Engineers (IISE), American Society for Quality (ASQ), American Quality Institute (AQI), Society for Health Systems (SHS), American Society for Engineering Management (ASEM), Project Management Institute (PMI).
He currently teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in areas of continuous improvement, management engineering, and project management at the College of Management at Long Island University – Post. He also owns Apex Strategies, Ltd, a company specializing in continuous improvement consulting and training initiatives. He has over nine years of experience in industrial engineering, continuous improvement tools, and concepts of wide variety of arenas: healthcare, manufacturing, transactional, and service environments. He has spent several years working for Northwell Health (formerly known as North Shore LIJ Health System) in New York and one year in the health plan business at the EmblemHealth Service Company.

Mr. Harvey, P.E.
Mr. Harvey has a BS in Engineering Physics with a concentration in Civil Engineering. He is a Professional Engineer registered in the state of Florida and is also a Certified Bridge Inspector (CBI). He has experience is in operations management, and project management for bridge rehabilitation, as well as asset management projects in the state of Florida. |

Ms. Hwang, P.E.
Susie
Hwang is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of California. She
currently works as an engineer at Knippershelbig, a German-based structural
engineering firm with an office in New York City. She joined Knippershelbig in
2021 with prior experience in designing high-rise concrete building structures
and steel structures in the Tri-State area. She received her BS in civil
engineering with a minor in Architecture from Carnegie Mellon University and
her MS in Civil Engineering and Engineering Mechanics with a focus in
Structural Engineering at Columbia University. While attending Columbia
University, she worked as a Senior Lab Assistant at Columbia University’s
structural testing laboratory, where she was also able to conduct testing for
her master’s thesis, which studied the effects of fire on parallel bridge cable
wires. Her notable past projects include: Winthrop Square Center in Boston,
Broome Street Development in New York City, and Johns Hopkins University
Homewood Student Center in Baltimore. |

Mr. Lewis, P.E.
"Mr. Drew Lewis, P.E. is a project manager with 11 years of experience in the environmental services and engineering consulting industries. A graduate of Stevens Institute of Technology, Mr. Lewis holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering, and has practiced as a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of New Jersey since 2018. Mr. Lewis’s areas of expertise include the permitting, design, construction, operation, closure, and post-closure compliance of solid waste/sanitary landfill facilities located throughout New Jersey, as well as in site assessment and remediation of contaminated sites in New York and New Jersey. Mr.
Lewis participated in the School of PE review course for the Environmental P.E.
exam (2018), and credits the rigorous preparation and thorough materials
provided by the instructors at School of PE for his success on the exam." |

Mr. Oyatayo, PE, MSSE, MBA
Mr. Oyatayo has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, an M.S. in
Systems Engineering, and an M.B.A. in General Business. He has over 15 years of
work experience in different industries, including oil & gas, theme park
entertainment, aerospace & defense, and tech. Mr. Oyatayo has been teaching
multiple engineering subjects for School of PE since 2014. |

Mr. Siegl, P.E.
Nicholas G. Siegl, is a project manager with Gannett Fleming, Inc. He resides in the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania area and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Texas. He has over 34 years of transportation design experience.
His training experience includes the development and delivery of training courses for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT), Penn State University, and the School of PE. He has taught review courses for the civil PE exam since 1999, and has served as an instructor for the School of PE since 2005. His area of expertise is in highway design and construction engineering. He serves as a subject matter expert for the development of PennDOT’s Intermediate Highway Design Skills Course, and the Right-of-Way for Project Managers Course. Mr. Siegl also served as lead instructor for the Basic Highway Design Skills Course, which introduces entry-level engineers to the PennDOT’s Highway Design Manual and the AASHTO Green Book. He has also serves as co-instructor of the PennDOT’s Design Exceptions Course.

Mr. Stankiewicz, PE

Mr. Villarosa, P.E.
Mr. Villarosa graduated from
Manhattan College with a BS in Civil Engineering and an MS in Environmental
Engineering. He also holds a BS in Physics from SUNY Cortland. After performing
academic research in predicting metal release from contaminated sediments
during resuspension events, Mr. Villarosa worked as a consulting engineer for municipal
clients. He is currently a Principal Engineer for Orange County Department of
Public Works and teaches engineering classes as an adjunct instructor at
Rockland Community College. Mr. Villarosa attended the School of PE and went on
to successfully pass the PE exam in April 2016 making him a Professional
Engineer in the State of New York. He teaches Water Resources at School of PE. |
