We understand that signing up for an exam review course is a significant commitment and can foster apprehension when you are still unsure if you are eligible to sit for the upcoming exam.

If you want to begin studying for an NCEES exam as soon as possible (whether it be an FE, PE, SE, FS, or PS exam), but you are unsure if are eligible to take the exam or are waiting for past exam results, we have you covered! We offer a risk-free enrollment policy that allows you to start studying in advance of the receipt of your exam results or board approval.

Waiting on State Board Approval?

Onsite and Live Online Classes

If you sign up for an Onsite or a Live Online review course while waiting for state board approval and later find out you are not eligible to take the exam at this time, then you have the following options:

  • Inform us at least 10 days prior to class starting to withdraw from the course without a cancellation fee
  • Inform us within 10 days of the classes starting a refund will be provided on a pro-rata basis less a $150 administrative fee
  • Transfer to the next session of the course without an administrative fee.

To request to withdraw from the review course or transfer to another session you must submit the denial letter from your state board within 2 weeks of receipt of the notification. Failure to pay for any applicable fees or missing the exam registration deadline will not be considered for risk free enrollment.

Ondemand Classes

If you sign up for an Ondemand review course while waiting for approval from your state board and later find out you are not eligible to take the exam at this time, then you may transfer your registration to our next session without any additional fees after you have provided documentation that you were ineligible to take the exam. To transfer your registration, please email us the letter from your state board within two weeks from the date the letter is issued.

Waiting for Exam Results?

Onsite and Live Online Classes

If you sign up for an Onsite or Live Online review course while waiting for your exam results and you find out that you passed the exam before or after the class has started, then you may withdraw from the course without a cancellation fee.

Ondemand Classes

If you sign up for an Ondemand review course while waiting for your exam results and you find out during the course that you passed the exam, then you may withdraw from the course. You will be refunded the price of the course without any cancellation fees.

How to Request a Withdrawal or Transfer

All inquiries to withdraw from or transfer a class should be sent to registration@schoolofpe.com. To transfer a course to the next session, email us the letter from your state board stating that you are not eligible to take the exam at this time. This email should be sent within two weeks from the date the letter from the state board is issued.

Refund Policy

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: This policy is applicable for live online and onsite review courses only. The fee will be fully refunded if notice of cancellation is received by School of PE ten (10) days prior to the review course. Afterwards, refund will be on pro-rata basis less a $150 administrative fee. Refunds will only be given upon written request by the student sent via e-mail to registration@schoolofpe.com. There will be no refund for any classes missed or attended prior to School of PE receiving a written course cancellation request. School of PE reserves the right to cancel a course or specific course delivery method at any time due to insufficient enrollments as determined by School of PE. No course or delivery method is guaranteed to be offered every time the actual examination is given. If School of PE cancels a course or delivery method you will be notified about cancellation at least ten days prior to the start of review course. In such cases, payment for those students will be fully refunded if processed for the current program.
