PE Civil Breadth & Structural Depth
The PE Civil exam is eight hours long and divided into two sections: breadth and depth. The breadth portion takes place in the morning and is made up of questions from all areas of civil engineering. The depth portion takes place in the afternoon and focuses on one specific area of civil engineering that is selected by the examinee.
