EIT Exam & FE Exam

The FE Exam or Fundamentals of Engineering exam or in some states the EIT – Engineer in Training exam also known to some as the EI Exam or Engineering Intern are the first of one of the examinations needed passed before you can take your PE/Professional Engineers Exam to become licensed in the United States. Anyone with a ABET accredited degree or you are in your last year of the ABET degree program is able to take the exam. Some of the states that you can possibly take the exam without the ABET degree or you are in your last year of the degree program and would like the take the test are California, Texas and New England. Many states will allow individuals who have never attended an approved course or program to take the exam is they can show proof of a number of years of engineering experience. Each state is different and this information could have changed. Please visit your state board for information on requirements to take the FE/EIT Exam. EIT Exam Engineer in Training or (FE) Fundamentals of Engineering

Our standard Engineer in Training exam review course offers thorough review of majority of the topics from Morning Breadth exam, and for Afternoon Depth exams in General (Other Disciplines), EIT Civil, EIT Electrical, and EIT Mechanical disciplines. Our 70 hour base review course covers Morning Breadth and Afternoon General Depth exams. Additional 27 hours of Review will be provided for each of Afternoon Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical Depth exams.

  • Refresher Courses - Prepares students by reviewing topics that are critical for the EIT exam. The course will allow students to experience some theory and high probability problems. All subjects will be taught in a combined forty hours.
  • Workshops - This allows our students to practice and solve several problems which are standalone and require numerical solutions. All subjects will be taught in a combined thirty hours. The workshops will exclusively consist of solving problems which is very critical for the Engineer in Training Exam.
