Paper and Pencil Exams

At School of PE, we understand that there are currently many uncertainties in our lives due to COVID-19 concerns. The NCEES Paper and Pencil Exams for PE and SE scheduled for October 2020 are no exception. NCEES is currently still accepting registrations for the October exams, and we have not received any indication that they will be cancelling the exams. However, not knowing what will happen as it gets closer to the exam date, you may understandably have concerns regarding our review courses. We respect your concerns and will help our students to the best of our ability in this difficult time for all of us. Our goal, as always, is to help you prepare for and pass the exam.

To give you peace of mind regarding our courses, we are offering the following assurances:

  • If you have registered for an Ondemand course for the October 2020 Paper and Pencil Exams and NCEES cancels the exam, we will extend your access to the Ondemand course until the April 2021 exam date with no additional cost to you.
  • If you have registered for a Live Online course for the October 2020 Paper and Pencil Exams and NCEES cancels the exam, we will provide the following options depending on when the exam is cancelled:
    • If Live Online classes have not started and NCEES cancels the exam, we will cancel your registration for the October 2020 review course and roll your registration over to the April 2021 review course for the same price, even if the April 2021 course fee increases.
    • If Live Online classes are in progress and NCEES cancels the exam, you have the following two options:

We will extend access to all class recordings and material all the way to the April 2021 exam with no additional fee. This will give you plenty of time to better prepare for your exam. However, if you would like to repeat the course for the April 2021 exam, we will accommodate your request for a nominal administrative fee of $195 instead of $1,390.
