To be covered under the COVID Risk Free Enrollment policy, you had to register for the exam by August 20, 2020.

At School of PE, we understand that there are currently many uncertainties in our lives due to COVID-19 concerns. Not knowing what will happen as it gets closer to the exam date, you may understandably have concerns regarding our review courses. We respect your concerns and will help our students to the best of our ability in this difficult time for all of us. Our goal, as always, is to help you prepare for and pass the exam.

To give you peace of mind regarding our courses, we are offering the following assurances:

  • If you have paid and registered for an Ondemand course for the October 2020 pencil-and-paper exam and NCEES cancels the exam, we will extend your access to the Ondemand course until the April 2021 exam date with no additional cost to you.
  • If you have paid and registered for a Live Online course for the October 2020 pencil-and-paper exam and NCEES cancels the exam, we will provide the following options depending on when the exam is cancelled:
    • If Live Online classes have not started and NCEES cancels the exam, we will cancel your registration for the October 2020 review course and roll your registration over to the January 2021 or the April 2021 review course (based on your selection) for the same price, even if the course fee increases.
    • If Live Online classes are in progress and NCEES cancels the exam, you have the following two options:
      • You can choose to cancel your registration for the October 2020 exam and roll it over to the January 2021 exam or the April 2021 exam. With this option, you can attend all Live Online classes for the January 2021 or April 2021 exam with no additional fee.
      • You can choose to remain in your current review course and complete all classes. We will extend access to all class recordings and material all the way to the April 2021 exam with no additional fee. This will give you plenty of time to better prepare for your exam. However, if you would like to repeat the course for the January 2021 or April 2021 exam, we will accommodate your request for a nominal administrative fee of $195 instead of $1,390.

  • If you have registered for an Ondemand course for the October 2020 CBT exam and NCEES cancels the exam, we will extend your access to the Ondemand course until the October 2021 exam date with no additional cost to you.
  • If you have registered for a Live Online course for the October 2020 CBT exam and NCEES cancels the exam, we will provide the following options depending on when the exam is cancelled:
    • If Live Online classes have not started and NCEES cancels the exam, we will cancel your registration for the October 2020 review course and roll your registration over to the October 2021 review course for the same price.
    • If Live Online classes are in progress and NCEES cancels the exam, you have the following two options:

New to CBT in 2021 and offered once per year: PE Electrical ECC

  • If you have registered for an Ondemand course for the October 2020 exam and NCEES cancels the exam, we will be providing an updated Ondemand course based on the CBT exam format. You will have access to this course until October 2021.
  • If you have registered for a Live Online course for the October 2020 exam and NCEES cancels the exam, we will provide the following options depending on when the exam is cancelled:
    • If Live Online classes have not started and NCEES cancels the exam, we will cancel your registration for the October 2020 review course and roll your registration over to the October 2021 live online course.
    • If Live Online classes are in progress and NCEES cancels the exam, you have the following two options:
      • You can choose to cancel your registration for the October 2020 live online course and roll it over to the October 2021 live online classes. With this option, you can attend all Live Online classes for the for the next session with no additional fee.
      • You can choose to remain in your current review course and complete all classes. We will extend access to all class recordings and material all the way to the October 2021 with no additional fee. This will give you plenty of time to better prepare for your exam. However, if you would like to repeat the live course, we will accommodate your request for a nominal administrative fee of $195 instead of $1,190.
