Our review courses are taught by instructors from academia and industry who have their PE licenses; we believe you get the best of both worlds.

Our instructors have previously taught Onsite review courses in several states. They have over 40 years of combined experience teaching engineering exam review courses.

Dr. Foinquinos, PhD, P.E.

Dr. Foinquinos Dr. Foinquinos has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Masters, and Doctoral degrees in Structural Engineering with specialization in Structural Dynamics (Wave propagation in continuous media). He has 15 years of structural engineering practice, focused mainly on bridge design: Concrete, Pre-stressed Concrete, and Steel.   Dr. Foinquinos has teaching experience in Steel Design, Finite Elements, and Masonry Design; and PE refresher courses at Florida International University (FIU). Dr. Foinquinos has published a chapter in a book titled “Wave Propagation in Continuous Media.”

Mr. Lane, PE, SE

Mr. Lane Mr. Lane has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering.  He is licensed as an SE in the state of California and Washington and is licensed as a PE in the state of Idaho.  Mr. Lane’s experience includes providing structural engineering consulting and design services for project types including: infrastructure, industrial, commercial, educational, governmental, and health care facilities. Mr. Lane has worked on several airport projects throughout the country, including the LAX Airport in Los Angeles, CA and the McCarran Airport in Las Vegas, NV. He has served as a seismic consultant on international projects in several countries in Africa and in Afghanistan.  Mr. Lane is currently a member of the SEAW.

Dr. Sezen, P.E.

Dr. Sezen Dr. Sezen received his Ph.D. degree from University of California, Berkeley and his Master's degree from Cornell University in New York (1996). He has published more than 100 technical reports, journal and conference papers on modeling, analysis and design of structures. He received the David C. McCarthy Engineering Teaching Award, College of Engineering, from The Ohio State University in 2009. He also received the Outstanding Engineering Educator Award from the Ohio Society of Professional Engineers in 2010. He is a Professor in the department of Civil Engineering at The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio.
