SE Structural Exam Course

PE Electrical
Information about our SE Exam Review (Lateral/Vertical) Forces for NCEES Certification

COMPREHENSIVE REVIEW WITH PRACTICE SESSIONS.

We are offering structural engineering review courses for both Vertical and Lateral Forces. Student can attend one at a time or both of them at the same time.

Our Structural Engineer Review Course offers thorough review of majority of the topics that will be covered in the SE Exam.  Our 60 hour Vertical Forces review and 60 hour Lateral Forces review covers topics from  Analysis of Structures; Design and Details of Structures; Construction Administration; Design of Buildings; and Design of Bridges.

Our 60 hour Vertical Forces Review Course consists of Refresher Classes and Workshops:

  • Refresher Classes - Prepares students by reviewing topics that are critical for the SE Vertical Forces exam.  The course will allow students to experience some theory and high probability problems.  All topics will be taught in approximately 36 hours.
  • Workshops - This allows our students to practice and solve several problems which are standalone and require numerical solutions.  All topics will be taught in approximately 24 hours.  The workshops will exclusively consist of solving problems which is very critical for the SE exam.

Our 60 hour Lateral Forces Review Course consists of Refresher Classes and Workshops:

  • Refresher Classes - Prepares students by reviewing topics that are critical for the SE Vertical Forces exam.  The course will allow students to experience some theory and high probability problems.  All topics will be taught in approximately 36 hours.
  • Workshops - This allows our students to practice and solve several problems which are standalone and require numerical solutions.  All topics will be taught in approximately 24 hours.  The workshops will exclusively consist of solving problems which is very critical for the SE exam.

Our review course is taught by multiple instructors. We believe in lectures given by the instructors who are specialized in their fields and therefore, we provide four instructors to teach the course. We do not believe in one instructor teaching all topics which most of other organizations do.

If you are planning to take structural engineer SE Vertical and/or SE Lateral Forces examination(s), increase your confidence by enrolling in a SE Review Course offered by the School of PE. We will help you to achieve your goal by:

  • Focusing on important/high-probability topics that will appear in the examination,
  • Preparing you to possess essential problem-solving skills needed to pass the exam and become a professional engineer,
  • Covering topics in a logical, progressive manner, and
  • Making you breeze through the examination after the course.
